Spróbuj zmniejszyć wartość rezystorów przez które podłączasz bramki tranzystorów MOSFET (lub nie dawaj żadnych rezystorów na bramkach). Możesz także spróbować zmniejszyć wartość rezystorów przy diodach uważając by prąd nie był zbyt duży. Czy napięcie o którym piszesz, te 2,8V mierzysz między drenem tranzystora a Vcc?
